The Detroit Lions could be playing in Germany next season.
The NFL has announced that the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots will host games in Frankfurt and Munich in 2023. Detroit is currently set to play in Kansas City, and since the team's last time playing abroad was flexed to London in 2015, rumor has it there's a strong argument for the teams to play against each other in Germany.
The Lions have played overseas twice since the NFL began holding yearly international games in 2007.
